The Pamlen Family Foundation exists to help tax exempt organizations provide financial assistance for previously addicted or homeless individuals in achieving a new level of socio-economic independence, primarily though education.

Established in 2015, we are a private foundation incorporated in the state of Alabama, with board members hailing from Alabama, Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee, South Carolina, and Massachusetts. The Pamlen Family Foundation consists of a Board of Directors and the following standing committees: Executive Committee, Investing Committee, Granting Committee, Compliance Committee, Technology Committee, and the Nominating Legacy Committee.

Grants Awarded

  • Our House in Little Rock, AR for purchasing two laptops used for accessing and completing online coursework

  • The Refuge in Robertsdale AL, purchased course books for completing Community college courses

  • Catholic Social Services in Fall River, MA, paid fees for attending job related retraining programs

  • Home of Grace in Vancleave, MS, provided funding for GED testing
